Refund Conditions

1. **Refund Period:** You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

2. **Product Condition:** The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

3. **Refund Process:** To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once the request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return of the product and process the refund upon receipt and verification of the condition of the returned item.

4. **Refund:** The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase and may take several business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the processing policies of your financial institution.

**Exceptions:**

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of TERGO.

2. Customized or modified products are not eligible for refund unless they are defective or damaged.
